HTC Herald

The HTC Herald is the successor to HTC’s Wizard Pocket PC Phone. It is an incremental upgrade from the HTC Wizard so it has virtually the same specifications as the Wizard with a few exceptions. The Herald is only .7″ thin which is a nice touch. It also sports two new thumbboard LED indicators.
Although the Herald is an upgrade from the Wizard, it does not include 3G support. It has a QWERTY keyboard and 2.8-inch, QVGA touchscreen. It runs Windows Mobile 5.0 with 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of ROM. It will have a 2.0 megapixel camera and a microSD memory card slot. Wireless options will include GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 2.0.
The Herald is expected to debut in Europe next month.
