Now many GPS makers decide to put more function into the GPS like the previous post Harman Kardon Guide +Play provides GPS, MP3 and video player . Now Jensen NVXM1000 is ready to be released to consumers in the U.S.  NVXM1000 just got its FCC approval last week and will promise XM radio.

The GPS comes with a 8GB hard-drive, has a full featured GPS navigation system and a built in slot for the XM Mini-Tuner. The device is already pre-equipped with full U.S and Canada mapping, plus 11 millions Points of Interest and a big 4-inch color touch screen display as well. It has voice navigation feature 12 language or to try out the entertainment function built into your device. Getting a XM Mini-Tuner  for just $30 will allow the NVXM1000 to receive all XM Satellite Radio channels.
