PQI Japan has launched USB DOM, a disk on module that supports ReadyBoost running on  Windows Vista.

The memory size range from 32MB to 2GB，support ReadyBoost，Reading speed up to 22MB/s and 17MB/s。Demenision 7.2×27x30.4mm.
