Nintendo introduces WiiWare for Game Developers
Nintendo is going the release a set of development tools called WiiWare that allow game developers to create games for the Nintendo Wii platform.
Games created using WiiWare can then be downloaded directly to the Nintendo Wii via the Wii Shop Channel. This provides individuals and small groups of game developers the same opportunity to try and strut their game development talent. This will also have the opportunity to make some cash by selling these games directly on the Wii Shop Channel.
You will be expected to see these games arriving early next year.
