HD-DVD format RIP
For those having a HD-DVD player at home, bad news for you. HD-DVD format is deading and Toshiba is working on dropping this format for good as reported by the Japanese National TV NHK.
While the USA was almost the only largest country where the HD-DVD had its chance, the announce of Walmart to stop supporting the HD-DVD this Friday gave a fatal blow for HD-DVD format. NHK announced that an end to this format war will be soon announced by Toshiba.
