iLuv i1255 Combo DVD/iPod Hybrid Player
iLuv launched its new i1255 that functions both a DVD player with 5.1-channel surround as well as an iPod dock; any compatible iPod both outputs its video to an attached TV, and also receives an on-screen interface that allows users to navigate videos from the larger display.
The DVD player can also support raw data CDs such as MP3 and JPEG photo discs. The i1255 works with the iPod touch, iPod classic, third-generation iPod nano, and fifth-generation iPod with video. The set-top box is shipping for $149.99.
