Memorex Ultra TravelDrive Upsize to 500GB
Memorex has added a 2.5-inch 500GB version of its portable hard disk drive to its Ultra TravelDrive range from the current 320GB drive. At the same time, the company dropped the 80GB and 120GB capacity versions of the drives.
The 2.0 USB Traveldrive ships with a black body and a rubberized surface-gripping area, but also includes two interchangeable faceplates in different colors. The Ultra TravelDrives include a one-button back-up function and are compatible with both PCs and Macs. The new 500GB Ultra TravelDrive will cost about $300. The 320GB Ultra for $180, 250GB at $140 and the 160GB at $90.
