It seems that the details of Nokia’s next Internet Tablet has been leaked. The next Internet Tablet looks like a cross between the N810 and the upcoming N97 smartphone. The device does not have an official name and goes by several internal names, including N900, Rover and Maemo Flagship.
The leaked specifications suggest that the N900 will be powered by a TI OMAP3430 processor (running at between 500 and 600MHz). It will probably run Maemo 5. It should come with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band (900/1700/2100MHz) HSPA connectivity, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 3.5-inch WVGA (800 by 480) touchscreen display, 256MB RAM and 768MB of virtual memory, 32GB of internal storage, GPS, Wi-Fi, a 5MP camera with dual-LED flash and autofocus, a video-out port, and a 1320mAh battery. A front-facing camera and a proximity sensor are also good bets. It should measure 59.7 by 111mm by 18.2 millimeters and weigh 180 grams.
