Panasonic today announced a new Digital Single Lens Mirrorless Camera DMC-GF6 from the stylish, most compact GF series of LUMIX G. The new 16.00–megapixel Live MOS Sensor achieves high-resolution, high sensitivity image recording. The Venus Engine is also newly developed for DMC-GF6 to attain high-performance signal processing and the advanced noise reduction system minimizes noise and even achieves shooting at max. ISO 25600(Extended) high sensitivity taking best advantage of the new sensor.

Nikon unveils D7100 prosumer DSLR with 24.1MP sensor


Nikon has upgraded its prosumer line of DSLRs, the last camera to be upgraded following the introduction of the D3200 and D5200. The D7100, spiritual successor to the D7000, upgrades the 16.2-megapixel sensor to a new 24.1-megapixel DC-format CMOS sensor, and copies the D5200 in using the EXPEED 3 image processor.

Fujifilm has announced the release of FinePix F900EXR travel zoom camera; latest addition to Fujifilm’s F series. From 25mm (wide) to 500mm (telephoto), the F900EXR offers an impressive zoom range in a very slim-line camera body. With the ability to combine the 20x optical zoom and the intelligent digital zoom to allow magnification up to 40x, the F900EXR will capture crisp images of subjects at an impressive distance. Casio announces EX-ZR700 and EX-ZR400 High Speed Exilim digital cameras



Casio has announced the release of two new models in the High Speed Exilim line of digital cameras. The EX-ZR700 is equipped with a wide-angle 25 mm, 18x optical zoom lens, while the EX-ZR400 offers long battery life enabling it to capture about 515 photos on a single full charge, the most of any camera in the line. With the adoption of the latest EXILIM Engine HS Ver. 3, the two new models – EX-ZR700 and EX-ZR400, combine responsive operation and high-speed burst shooting. A new Triple Shot function allows the user to responsively capture three successive images with a single press of the shutter, while a new inset display enables the user to review shots shown in part of the LCD while taking photos. Thanks to these new features, even camera novices can reliably capture moments as they intended, including the fleeting expressions of a child.
