Mimo Unveils lowest priced touchscreen monitor
Mimo has unveiled the industry’s lowest priced auxiliary monitor on Monday, the 7-inch iMo Pivot Touch. It has a display with 800×480 resolution, 350cd/m2 brightness and a 400:1 contrast ratio. It can act as a secondary display for desktop computers, or as a standalone device, displaying digital photos and videos.
The stand features a pivoting ball and joint, which allows users to set it into virtually any position. Power and signal are both supplied by the included USB cable, which also has an integrated power button.
Until 2010, Mimo will include a custom carrying case, a set of iProtector screen films and a stylus with the iMo Pivot Touch, which is priced at $200.
